Organizational Development Lead
As a seasoned Senior Project and Program Manager, Yvonne has planned, scoped and executed diverse complex digital marketing and advertising campaigns, programs and projects, live and virtually, across the US for Fortune 500 companies, as well as startups. This includes: team, client and vendor management; scheduling, budgeting and tracking; and creating and evaluating process. As Organizational Development Lead (OD Lead), Yvonne drives initiatives fostering a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture, partnering with leadership and teams to design and implement development programs, and champion learning and engagement across the studio.
She enjoys bringing clarity to ambiguity in a fluid environment, and keeping the team smiling.
