One of the studio's six fundamentals is Understanding for All. A site that some people cannot read fails that standard, so accessibility is a design requirement here rather than a compliance exercise.

We design and build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA: text contrast that holds at every size, a visible focus state on everything you can operate, full keyboard operation, semantic structure and headings, and captions or transcripts on the films we publish.
All motion respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system. Scientific animation is central to our work, so nothing essential is carried by movement alone.
Some older case material, PDFs, and third-party embeds predate this standard. We are working through them, and we will tell you plainly which ones are not there yet rather than claim otherwise.
If you need any part of this site, a document, or an interview process in another format, ask and we will provide it. Candidates can request accommodations at any point without explaining why.
