Rachel is a health systems strengthening specialist, passionate about closing gaps between data and system operations. She believes that evidence-based communication is a critical lever for improving population health outcomes. At Cognition, Rachel helps simplify complex problems, analyzing and translating data insights into compelling narratives and tools that propel client strategies forward.
Previously, Rachel led research and advised clients in sub-Saharan Africa on novel insurance models and contributed to maternal and child health research at the Inter-American Development Bank. Her experience in healthcare AI and hospital operations makes her a dynamic part of Cognition’s growing OneHealth expertise.
Rachel holds a dual master’s degree in public administration and health administration from Cornell University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Trinity University.
