Helen is a human geographer working at the intersection of health metrics, research management, and data-informed design. She brings a human-centered perspective to using data to solve problems in global health and development. Her work lives at the intersection of data analytics, design thinking, and end-to-end research management.
Helen’s career has spanned supporting global health, data science, product design, and medical research. Her past experience at Medic was as a Sr. Research Program Manager, leading their Monitoring & Data Systems Group. Previously, she worked in a number of different research program management roles at the Institute for Disease Modeling, the Institute for Health Metrics & Evaluation, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
