Britt holds a BFA in design from Miami University of Ohio, with additional coursework throughout her career in branding, storytelling and creative leadership. Her first creative expression came via the cello, and her musical training propelled her into becoming a creative leader steeped in collaboration, listening and continuous learning. Britt thrives in bringing teams together to get to the big idea through observation, asking the right questions, constant iteration, and not taking oneself too seriously. She takes a big picture approach, striving to create efficiencies in business solutions and design processes. Over the course of her career, she has worked to help big ideas matter more, with a focus on brands and building purposeful brand connections.
Britt has had the privilege to shape meaningful brand experiences for clients including Starbucks, Aladdin, the Muhammad Ali Center, University of Chicago, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, The Heckman Equation, First Five Years Fund, Staywell Communications and the American College of Chest Physicians.
